Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds at Mobile DNA Direct are subject to our discretion and may include administrative and handling fees. Partial payments and deposits are non-refundable.
If a full payment is made and the appointment is later canceled, a $25 cancellation fee applies for after-birth DNA testing, and a $200 non-refundable cancellation fee applies for non-invasive prenatal testing.
No refunds will be issued once services are completed or if your DNA kit or supplies have been shipped.
A $75 cancellation fee is imposed if appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the confirmed appointment time. If Mobile DNA Direct requires sample recollection and the participant is unable or unwilling to comply, no refund will be issued. Test can only be rescheduled.
All DNA testing services provided by Mobile DNA Direct have estimated completion times that are discussed at the time of scheduling and confirmed at the time of testing with the paying party. While results often finish earlier than expected, they may occasionally exceed estimated timelines. Once testing is initiated, refunds will not be issued.
