Refund Policy | Cancellation Policy

Any refund must be requested in writing by email or US mail.

Refunds are subject to our discretion and may include administrative and handling fees.

 

Partial payments or any type of deposits made are non-refundable.


A $75 cancellation fee will be assessed if Mobile DNA Direct has already scheduled appointments for sample collection.

Once samples have been collected or At-Home DNA Kits have been shipped, no refunds will be issued.

If Mobile DNA Direct requires sample recollection and the participants are unable or unwillingly to comply, no refund will be issued.

Test can only be rescheduled.

 

All DNA testing services provided by Mobile DNA Direct have estimated completion times that are discussed at the time of scheduling and confirmed at the time of testing with the paying party. While results often finish earlier than expected, they may occasionally exceed estimated timelines. Once testing is initiated, refunds will not be issued.

No Return & No Refund Policy for Digital Products

 

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a purchase is completed, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.
