By accessing or using MDD’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

MDD offers mobile lab services, including but not limited to:

• DNA testing
• Drug and alcohol screening
• Gender blood tests
• Fingerprinting 

Scheduling: Appointments can be made via our website or by contacting us directly.

Cancellations: Must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. 

Fees: Service fees are due at the time of booking.

Refunds: No Refunds will be given once payment is submitted.

Clients must:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Ensure availability at the scheduled appointment time.
• Follow pre-test instructions provided by MDD. 

MDD is not liable for:

• Delays caused by third-party laboratories.
• Inaccurate results due to client-provided information.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. 

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of MDD and is protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
